Jason picked this one up and decided to put a nice spalted maple top on it!

Here are the specs:

Neck:
  • 5 Piece neck through. Center of padauk, two purpleheart strings, then teak
  • Ebony, 24 fret, 34" scale
  • Thin maple accent layer
  • Walnut headstock (to match the body)


    • Body:
  • Walnut body wings and back
  • Darker spalted figured maple top set
  • Thin maple accent layer
  • Neck laminations to show through


    • Hardware and Electronics:
  • Hipshot ultralight tuners and "A" style bridge, black
  • Two Bartolini P4 Pickups with Aguilar OBP-3 preamp

    24 June 2004 - Neck blank is done, here are a few pics of the woods to see how they will go together.
